Happy Harlequin,  from Fabric Freedom of London, the great UK quilt fabric house.

Harlequin was a comic character originating from the commedia dell’arte, the foppish lover of Columbine in the English Harlequinade. An entertainer, he performed with playful tricks and behaviour and made everybody laugh. His brightly colored, decorated clothes, which always included multicolored pantaloons brought a happy smile to everybody’s face. It is this feeling of joy you'll feel with this bright range of designs, all embellished with metallic gold. Columbine flowers and stylized floral patterns, leaves and geometrics to all work together to make this a vibrant range of designs,  Fantastic finish, feel and sewability, as is standard for Fabric Freedom fabrics.
