Aurifil Mako 50/2 200m Black - This is our go-to thread for most of our sewing, quilting, embroidery, everything. It works great in most machines, especially when paired with the right needle.  See below for recommendation. The least linty cotton thread we've used.  100% long-staple mercerized Egyptian cotton. Small 200 meter spool.
