13033-E Instant Dress

These are pretty cool.  Make yourself an instant dress or skirt, a top and skirt, or whatever.

Cut to width and sew up one seam, and you've got an instant garment!  Pre-shirred so the elastic is already in it on top.   Cut off a strip from the bottom to make straps if you want them.

100% Rayon   53 inches wide - sold by yd.   Recommendation -  Multiply bust size by 1.66,  then order next higher 1/4 yd.
